Beginning Crochet
Crochet is a crafting technique using a hook and yarn. It has been used for hundreds of years to make everything from delicate lace to thick cozy blankets.
This beginner class will teach you the basics of crochet: casting on, single crochet, double crochet, turning, working in rows and in the round. You will also learn the basics of reading crochet patterns.
Materials required: G crochet hook, worsted (4) yarn. You can purchase materials in the store or bring them from home. A variety of projects will be available to choose from.
